BasketBoss scoring margin projections are built from four primary inputs: returning starter efficiency ratings, transfer portal additions (weighted by their performance at their previous program), recruiting class rankings (adjusted for position need), and schedule strength (based on projected opponent quality).
NIL estimates are derived from publicly available collective information, reported deal values, and BasketBoss modeling of program revenue and fan base size. All projections are labeled as estimates and are updated as roster information changes throughout the offseason.
